LEVELS – Beginner to Advanced (beginners please see instructor prior to class)

Take your fitness to the next level with this high energy interval-based class. This high impact session will focus on MAXIMUM OUTPUT which will have you gasping for air. Expect things like box jumps, kettle bell swings, rowing and skipping.

Similar to HIIT Maxxed  is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Maxxed is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

The Benefits:

  • Workouts are efficient; since you’re working to your max, you burn more calories in less time.
  • Interval workouts, compared to steady-paced ones, have a higher afterburn effect, meaning you continue to burn calories after your workout is over for a longer period of time.
  • MAXXED  workouts also increase your endurance.
  • Health-wise, intervals improve your cardiovascular health, cholesterol profile, and insulin sensitivity
